Who We Are

In 2007, Mike and Laurie Nichols founded Nichols Healthcare Consulting Group, LLC  out of a desire to serve the greater Texas medical community in conquering billing, staffing, and patient satisfaction issues so that those healthcare providers could then return their undivided attention to providing excellent care for the many patients that see and depend on them each year.

Laurie Nichols, M.A. serves as the senior consultant for Nichols Healthcare Consulting Group, LLC  and conducts all on-site interviewing, assessments, and training.  She has worked with office managers, billing staff, and physicians for years and brings to her consulting position the knowledge and experience gained in day-to-day operations of their facilities.  She is also a trained public speaker and has addressed medical groups on such topics as collection improvement strategies and how to increase efficiency through time management and stress reduction.

She holds a master's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
